NANCY J. DE LISI

Nancy De Lisi is a retired Finance Executive. Prior to her retirement, she held the position of Senior Vice President Mergers and Acquisitions at Altria Inc. and was a member of the Corporate Management Committee. During her 24 years at Altria, Ms. De Lisi held a number of positions and sat on the board of SAB Miller and the JP Morgan Advisory Board and was involved in a number of philanthropic initiatives, primarily in the areas of domestic violence, hunger, and education. Ms. De Lisi’s other career experience includes Group Head of an International Finance group for the southwest region at Citibank and as an equity partner in a high tech oil field service company.
She received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. De Lisi currently resides in Naples, Florida and enjoys golf, fly fishing, and her Arabian horses. Her current passion is as an advocate for the Everglades and managing the family foundation.
