WILLIAM “BILL” J. NUTT

Bill Nutt is the founder and former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (AMG – NYSE), from which he retired in June 2015. Before founding AMG in 1993, Bill was President and Chief Operating Officer of The Boston Company, and Chairman and CEO of its principal subsidiary, Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company. Earlier in his career Bill was a corporate securities partner of Ballard, Spahr, Andrews and Ingersoll in Philadelphia. Bill and his wife Dedie now reside at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida. He was Chairman of the Club from 2011 to 2013 and currently serves as Chairman of the Ocean Reef Community Foundation.
