Calling all K-12 Florida students and teachers! The 2026 Everglades Challenge Coin Design Competition is officially OPEN, and we are now accepting submissions.

The Everglades Foundation’s Education team invites students to show off their creativity for a chance to have their original design featured on this year’s coin, inspired by the theme “Only One Everglades.” Challenge coins are presented to Everglades Champion Schools, and to distinguished individuals in our community.

Submissions are due on February 6, 2026! Read South Dade Spotlight: https://southdadespotlight.com/2026/01/23/everglades-challenge-coin-student-competition/
