The "Everglades Stories" project aims to discover and document the stories of Floridians and their interactions with the magnificent Everglades ecosystem. The Everglades Foundation Director of Communications Begoñe Cazalis explained the project's mission during her recent Univision appearance.
"We wanted to demonstrate through a map of Florida how different regions in South Florida, from the Keys to Miami and from Naples to Palm Beach, are connected through the Everglades watershed and how these stories can represent the different ways this ecosystem impacts us and how we impact it."
