Jason Orovio joined The Everglades Foundation as Salesforce Administrator in January 2026. In this position, he serves as the primary point of contact and lead administrator for the Foundation’s Salesforce platform. Jason is responsible for overseeing and developing the system to ensure adherence to best practices in constituent management and engagement, making certain that the platform aligns with the Foundation’s business needs and supports its overall mission.
Jason’s expertise plays a vital role in helping the Foundation leverage data to achieve its strategic goals. His responsibilities include improving functionality and analyzing data to inform decision-making and streamline internal processes. He collaborates across all departments to support training and user adoption, develop and generate reports and dashboards, perform routine system maintenance and data cleaning, and manage data integrations between the Salesforce platform and related applications.
Prior to joining The Everglades Foundation, Jason served as the primary Salesforce administrator for multiple client organizations. He brings several years of hands-on experience supporting and managing Salesforce organizations across both Sales and Service Cloud environments. His areas of expertise include user provisioning, managing profiles and permission sets, defining roles, implementing Multi-Factor Authentication, and configuring record types, page layouts, and Lightning pages.
Jason earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Computer Science in Cuba. He resides in Miami.
