Director of Leadership Giving
Julie Rosenfeld has been working in environmental conservation for more than two decades. As the Director of Leadership Giving, her focus is on major and leadership gifts.
After her move to South Florida in the mid-90s, the Everglades and their restoration became her primary conservation concern, and she is happiest when wading through Big Cypress. She grew up outside Boston, received her BA from Wellesley College in Biological Anthropology, and an MA in Cell Biology and Anatomy from The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Previous positions were at The Johns Hopkins University, Ransom Everglades School, and The Nature Conservancy, where she served in state, regional and national offices – always with a focus on major and leadership gifts. She has two grown daughters and lives with her husband and cat on Key Biscayne.
