Florida Bay Forever Forum

The Health of this Unique Everglades Estuary and its Impact on the Florida Keys


What: The Florida Bay Forever Forum is intended to provide Florida Bay scientists and members of the Florida Keys community an opportunity to discuss openly the current Florida Bay seagrass die-off (including the causes, the impacts, and prognosis for recovery) and the solutions to fixing this problem.  Presentations by Florida Bay scientists will be brief (10-12 minutes each) and designed for a non-technical audience.  Following each presentation, there will be a brief period for Q&A and science discussion.  The final two hours will be devoted to a public discussion of the issues and solutions.

When: July 19, 2016, from 3PM until 7PM.
